Vikings Tailgate Party

The 2009 Gopher Campfire Viking's tailgate party was held on Sunday November 1st. What a great day outside and inside. We had a great turn out with a little over 100 people coming out to cheer the Vikings on to a victory over the Packers. The food was great and everyone had a great time. The big winner of the 50" television was Kelsey LeVasseur - Congratulations to her!!! Also, a big thank you to all that came out and help with the food and set up. There are way too many to list without forgetting somebody, but THANK YOU to all that helped and came out!!!!

Both Rifle Ranges Have Been Rebuilt

Thursday, April 08, 2010, both the rifle ranges were rebuilt with new target holders and some new cross members. The 100 yard range has been set up to better hold the single ply cardboard target backers by reducing the dimensions of the target holders. We would appreciate it if the users of the 100 yard range would make use of the single ply cardboard as it does not fit the holders very well on the 50 yard range.

Thank you, The rifle range crew

Aluminum Can Recycling for the Sancturary

ATTENTION MEMBERS!

The McLeod County solid Waste Department is providing reimbursement for aluminum cans at their Recycling Redemption Center to help fund the sanctuary improvement project.  The Redemption Center is located 1065 Fifth Avenue SE, Hutchinson on the west side of the Materials Recovery Building, after the glass bunkers.  You can either receive a county check and donate the check to the club, or request the proceeds be donated through the Solid Waste Department 501(3)C program and it will be directly deposited to Gopher Campfire.
Thank you for your support!
